I work at the intersection of human behavior, systems thinking, and large-scale services; helping complex ecosystems become understandable, usable, and resilient for the people operating within them.
Most recently, I led UX and experience strategy for a data-heavy B2B platform supporting end-to-end operational workflows. My role went beyond interface design: I worked across product, engineering, and business teams to define experience principles, align decision-making, and translate system complexity into coherent journeys that people could actually navigate with confidence.
Psychology sits at the core of my practice. Understanding how people perceive, decide, and act under real-world constraints is what allows services, tools, and processes to work in practice - not just in theory.
What sets me apart is my ability to connect behavioral insight with system-level thinking, turning fragmented processes into clear, scalable, human-centered service experiences.
With a background in cognitive psychology, I bring systems thinking and strategic clarity to complex product challenges. I currently lead design for a data-heavy B2B platform, including a full beta redesign.
To me, design goes beyond visuals - it's about enabling outcomes, structuring meaning, and reducing friction. Psychology plays a critical role in that process. Understanding how people think, decide, and behave helps shape experiences that feel intuitive, persuasive, and trustworthy. It’s the difference between interfaces that work and those that connect.
