My work sits between user behaviour and complex systems. I focus on making services and products easier to understand, especially in environments where workflows, data, and decision-making are tightly connected.
Most recently, I worked on a data-heavy B2B platform supporting end-to-end operational processes. My role extended beyond interface design. I collaborated closely with product and engineering to clarify experience principles, structure complex flows, and shape journeys that users could navigate with confidence.
My background in psychology helps me understand how people make decisions under real constraints - limited time, incomplete information, competing priorities. I use that understanding to reduce cognitive load and make interactions predictable and coherent.
I am particularly interested in work where systems are complex, stakeholders are many, and clarity makes a measurable difference.
