What guides my work

"I use principles from cognitive psychology to shape workflows that help people move faster, make confident decisions, and avoid costly mistakes in complex systems."

"I'm working with cognitive psychology principles to structure workflows that reduce errors, support rapid decision-making, and clarify complex system logic.”

Design in action

Most of my experience comes from B2B platform and consulting environments, where I have worked closely with product and engineering teams to structure complex workflows and systems.

clarity at scale

Led a 4-month initiative to restructure a complex B2B platform used by 9,900+ daily users around real workflows rather than org-chart logic.

Replaced org-chart navigation with task-driven architecture, reducing onboarding friction and increasing user confidence.

coherent experiences across touchpoints

Designed and aligned cross-touchpoint interaction patterns within a complex product environment, grounding decisions in behavioural research and cognitive principles.

Improved coherence and learnability across key flows by restructuring interaction logic and validating changes through user feedback.

Complexity cannot always be removed, but it can be structured. Good design should make things easier to understand, not just look impressive.

Outside of work, you will usually find me swimming, snowboarding in winter, shooting analogue photos, or somewhere at a music gig :-)
