I tend to gravitate towards problems that aren’t straightforward — where multiple systems interact and decisions ripple across workflows. Working closely with product and engineering teams, I help bring structure to complexity so people can stay oriented and move forward with confidence.

Led a 4-month initiative to restructure a complex B2B platform used by 9,900+ daily users around real workflows rather than org-chart logic.


Replaced org-chart navigation with task-driven architecture, reducing onboarding friction and increasing user confidence.
