German by origin, Copenhagen by choice. I studied at the University of Duisburg-Essen and Københavns Universitet - and stayed for the curiosity, the sea, and the way design conversations unfold here.

Teams had quietly stopped trusting their coordination tool and were maintaining parallel spreadsheets instead. I mapped how work actually moved across roles and rebuilt the tool around that — one shared source of truth, no workarounds.

People weren't volunteering not because they didn't want to — they weren't sure what they were signing up for. I identified commitment uncertainty as the real barrier and designed an onboarding flow that made participation feel safe to start.
